In environments where the demands are constant, the real challenge is not only achieving objectives, but maintaining balance while sustaining consistently high performance. That's where my work comes in.


I am a personal and executive coach specializing in emotional intelligence, leadership, and strategic focus, with over 10 years of experience supporting professionals, managers, and teams in high-pressure environments. My goal is to help people perform better without compromising their mental health, developing a more conscious, stable, and efficient way of working, both personally and professionally.


Throughout my career, I have worked with international companies such as Booking.com, Teleperformance, and Majorel, collaborating with teams in markets including the Philippines, Egypt, Morocco, Portugal, Spain, and England. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how teams operate in multicultural, demanding, and dynamic environments, and has enabled me to develop a practical, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.


My work focuses not on theories, but on changes applicable to everyday life. I help individuals and teams improve their mental clarity, decision-making skills, and how they manage pressure.

My work approach


My methodology integrates executive coaching, emotional management, and behavioral analysis through the DISC model (TTI Insights Spain). This allows us to understand not only what a person does, but also how they think, how they react emotionally, and how they make decisions under pressure.


The goal is not to change anyone's personality, but to help understand how each individual works internally in order to enhance their performance through coherence, not through constant demands.


I believe in sustainable high performance: it's not about doing more, but about performing better. When a person learns to manage their mind, emotions, and focus, performance ceases to be a struggle and becomes a natural consequence.
